About the B&B…

The Main Street Manor Bed and Breakfast now features four unique B&B guest rooms, each with private baths, a library filled with books for guests to take and enjoy, a spacious enclosed front porch for gathering, a beautiful and serene back yard featuring 3 decks (one exclusively for dogs) and a pergola adjacent to a waterfall. All has been designed for quiet relaxation and escape with an elegant feel.

Spacious Common Areas
The Library features turn of the century artwork and is furnished with custom floor to ceiling bookshelves that create an inviting setting for curling up with a good book or enjoying a game of chess. Guests are invited to select from a wide variety of literature for their enjoyment.

Setting the scene for your arrival, the Front Porch is a bright and comfortable, multi-use space. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee and a newspaper in the morning sunlight, or a glass of wine in the evening. Open the windows to a cool breeze or to enjoy the sounds of a live concert from Phoenix Park.

The Living Room offers the perfect setting for casual conversation or catching a movie on the 52 inch flat screen. The fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere on cool nights.

With seating for eight the Dining Room is where you will enjoy an unforgettable breakfast or a game of cards during the evening.

Help yourself to bottled water or fresh coffee or tea and cookies in the Kitchen area. Hosted wine and cheese will be available from our wine bar in the evenings.

Whether you are looking for an outdoor dining experience or a day in the sun, our secluded and serene Back Yard features two decks and a pergola adjacent to a waterfall, all designed for your relaxation and escape with an elegant feel.

PETS
The Main Street Manor of Delavan B&B is PET FRIENDLY! We currently have on the premises two cats, Simmons and Mr. Smooch, who love to be stroked. We also have Sam, the parrot, and Buddy, a big, black lab-shepherd mix who loves to be around other dogs.

Bed and Breakfast Guests are encouraged to bring their dogs for an enjoyable visit. The back yard features a secure, enclosed dog deck for their relaxation and play, maybe with Buddy, as well as an area covered with pea gravel for their necessities. The enclosed back porch has been designated the “dog room” where they can play or relax during inclement weather. Guests can also have their dogs with them in their rooms.
