Guest Rooms
There are currently four unique guest rooms available, each with newly appointed private baths and flat screen televisions with DirectTV and OnDemand, and complimentary wireless internet access.
The Birch Room features an antique wrought iron queen size bed with birch accents and designer touches creating a comfortable atmosphere or romantic retreat.
The Water Tower Room features a 
queen size bed, and a view of Delavan’s water tower in Tower Park. Just steps away from the Manor, Tower Park celebrates the circus history of Delavan. Tower Park also features seasonal farmers markets and is a great transition to the downtown shopping district.
The Elephant Room, named for Delavan’s history involving the many circuses that wintered in the area, features a fireplace and king size canopy bed. This large spacious room is great for a couples getaway.
The Bay Suite, features two sleeping areas with a cushioned bay window seat that overlooks the back yard decks and waterfall. It offers a qu
een size bed as well as a trundle bed with two twin beds in the sitting room, perfect for a family with children, or a couple that want a bit more space.
