Main Street Manor of Delavan B&B Policies
Reservations: Reservations can be made by email through our website lianne@mainstreetmanorofdelavan.com or by telephone at 1-262-740-0798. Information regarding any food allergies or other special dietary needs must be explained at the time of reserving a room.
Minimum Stay: There is a two night minimum stay required on weekends from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Deposits: There is a one night, non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking. There is an additional 8% room tax added to the deposit. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). When reserving two or more rooms a one night, non-refundable deposit is required for each room reserved.
The balance for your stay is to be paid upon your arrival at check-in.
Rates: All rates are based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional persons are $25 per night. Children 3 years or older are counted as guests.
Cancellations: Cancellations and Changes may be made up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date without a penalty, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations and changes made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay. You will be refunded any portion of the stay that can be re-booked. Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in. There are no refunds for early check-out.
Check-in and Check-out: Check in is between the hours of 3 pm and 8 pm. Approximate arrival time must be given in advance of your stay. Early check-in is permitted by request. There is no guarantee your room will be ready, but we will gladly store your luggage and otherwise get you situated so you can get out and explore the area. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged. Check-out is by 11 am. We can hold your luggage if need be.
Guest Keys: There is a $10 replacement fee if guest room keys are lost or not returned at check-out.
Pets: Well behaved dogs are allowed at the rate of $20 per night. If your dog causes any damage to the room or house (soiling, chewing or scratching of furnishings) you will be charged a minimum of $100 above the $20 rate, depending on the damage.
Smoking: The Main Street Manor of Delavan is a strictly non-smoking facility indoors. Smoking outdoors on the decks is permitted. Smoking of ANY kind in your room or anywhere indoors will result in a damages fee of up to $500.
